• This applies to both Prepaid and COD orders.

2. Product Eligibility for COD

• Not all products are eligible for COD due to product dimensions, weight, or shipping partner restrictions.

• Digital products cannot be purchased via COD.

3. Why COD is Not Available in All Pin Codes

• COD is not available for all pin codes due to shipping partner policies.

• COD orders require extra processing time for cash collection, verification, and update.

• COD orders also have a higher cancellation rate at delivery, so some pin codes may not support it.

4. Right to Modify COD Availability

• COD availability may change based on pin code, product type, and shipping partner policies.

• COD will be displayed as available on the checkout page only after filling in delivery details.

• We reserve the right to enable or disable COD for any order or location without notice.

Prepaid payments are more rewarding, with benefits like 5% off on all prepaid orders.
