Refund on Cancellation Policy

At www.frontex.shop , we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below.

 

1. Seller-Initiated Cancellations

    If an order is cancelled by us (www.frontex.shop) for any reason, the customer will receive a full refund, with no action required.

   Refunds are only approved under specific circumstances, including but not limited to:

        • The seller is unable to process the order due to:

        • Item(s) being out of stock

        • Shipping or delivery issues

        • Payment verification failure

        • Pricing or listing errors

       In such cases, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method.


    Additionally, as a token of goodwill, eligible users will receive a 2% discount coupon for their next order (conditions apply – please refer to our [Coupons and discount Policy]).


 

2. Buyer-Initiated Cancellations

   Order Cancellation Before Shipping
      • You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.
      • 100% refund will be issued to your original payment method.
      • There are no cancellation charges for pre-shipping cancellations.
 
   Order Cancellation After Shipping
      • You can still cancel your order after it has been shipped.
      • The first three (3) post-shipping cancellations per customer are free of charge, and you will receive a full refund.
      • From the 4th post-shipping cancellation onward, a 2% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total paid amount.
      • The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
      • Buyers may cancel an order before it is shipped, for any reason. There are no cancellation charges for occasional cancellations.
  However, to prevent misuse:
      • Frequent or repeated cancellations may result in user account may be suspended or banned at our discretion.

  Why we charge this fee:
      • Shipping carriers apply a reverse shipping cost when orders are returned after shipment. To maintain fairness and manage these recurring charges, a minimal fee is applied after repeated cancellations.
  Refund Method
      • In case of any refund is approved, it will take 5-7 business days to get credited to your original payment method.
  Important Notes
      • No limitations apply to cancellations made before shipping.
      • Cancellations after shipment will still be accepted, but charges may apply as explained above.
      • This policy is in place to help us manage shipping costs while still giving you flexibility in your shopping decisions.
